Now, when new members join your ERG, they'll automatically be sent the event invites for your already-approved events!

🎉 What's New?

Now, when someone joins an ERG after events have been approved, they'll automatically receive meeting invites for all already-scheduled events.

✨ Why it Matters:

• Efficiency for ERG Leaders: ERG leaders can focus on planning and executing events without the added burden of manually sending invites to new members.

• Enhanced Member Experience: ERG members can dive straight into the ERG community. In addition to joining your Slack/Teams channel, new members also get all of the upcoming events added to their calendars.

📝 Important Note:

Please be aware that while new members will automatically receive meeting invites for already-scheduled events, they will not receive updates to the event if details change, as this feature is not connected to the calendar integration.
