Weβve introduced a new feature that allows admins to hide groups from the member view, providing greater flexibility for managing internal or sensitive groups.
This feature is perfect for situations where admins need to create groups that are for administrative use only, such as DEI councils, leadership committees, or other internal teams. While hidden from general members, these groups can still be fully functional for:
Hosting Events: Organize and manage events exclusive to these groups without exposing them to all members.
Sending Communications: Target specific communications to group members without the group appearing publicly in the member view.
Internal Tracking: Maintain accurate reporting and data tracking for administrative purposes while keeping the group discreet.
Admins can now manage both public-facing and private groups seamlessly, ensuring better control over visibility while maintaining full functionality. π
