We've updated our demographic and program type tag dropdowns to only show tags that have been applied to your ERGs.

To elaborate, if you have 5 ERGs - Black, Women, Pride, Latinx, and Parents - and you've only applied 7 tags to those ERGs - BIPOC, Women, Age 50+, LGBTQIA+, Latinx/Hispanic, Parents, and Caretakers - then only those 7 tags will appear in the dropdown. The same applies to the Program tags (networking, happy hours, etc.).
