Scheduled Event Invites

We're excited to introduce a new feature that gives you more control over when your event invitations are sent: Scheduled Invites.

What's New?

With Scheduled Invites, you can choose exactly when to send your event invitations, providing flexibility and improving your event planning process.

Key Features

  • Schedule Delivery: Rather than sending invites immediately upon event approval, you can schedule them for delivery at a specific time. Click the "Advanced Options" tab and select when you want the invite delivered.

  • Monthly Meetings: Use scheduled invites to manage monthly meetings without overwhelming your members with multiple invites at once. Plan your events and ensure invites are sent at the optimal time.

How to use it

To schedule invites, click the advanced options tab and enter your preferred date and time.
