Add Receipt Management Improvements in Budget

When managing budget line items that include multiple receipts, users often need to update or replace a previously uploaded file (for example, when a new version includes tip or service fees). Currently, there’s no way to delete or replace an uploaded receipt, which can cause confusion or data clutter if the wrong file is attached.

Feature Suggestions

  1. Add “Delete/Replace Receipt” Option

    • Allow users to remove a previously uploaded receipt if it’s incorrect or outdated.

  2. Improve Receipt Name Visibility in the UI

    • Receipt names currently truncate after ~10 characters, making it difficult to distinguish between similar items.

    • Suggested improvements:

      • Display full filenames on hover.

      • Allow smaller text to show more characters.
