Issue adding an employee to a Chapter

Employee request to join an ERG Chapter is not seen in the chapter screen when selecting the Chapter from the main screen.

Reproduce:

1. Employee request received by email

2. Click on 'review' request

3. Always taken to the "Bi + Pan" Chapter - this is alphabetically first in our list of Chapters, which is not the actual Chapter the employee has request to join

4. Go back to Main screen

5. Select the correct Chapter

6. Section to Add employee to the chapter does not appear

7. Select a different chapter from the drop down list in the chapter page then >

8. Re-select the correct chapter from the drop down list

9. Now in the correct chapter (but navigated to from a different chapter, not the main ERG screen)

10. Section to add new employee to the chapter does now appear and the employee is in that section

11. Add the employee to the chapter

    No screen shots or video as it would contain the employee name.
