New Event - says 'Done' but Event not created

As an Admin I tried to create a 'test' Event for the LGBTQ+ Network.

I followed each step and eventually received the 'Done' conformation window.

The Event did not appear in the LGBTQ+ Network screen

As a Member the Event did not appear on the Events screen.

I logged out and back into Chezie.

Same result. I could not see the Event.
