Attach event photos/video to event record

Current state: ERG profile page includes Resources > Photos but no current way to categorize assets

Future state: Ability to upload event pics and videos (by event hosts and attendees) to each event record + add keyword for easy filtering post event. This allows us to organize assets by event and also easily search when we want to resurface later on in the year.

Extra points: ability to tag users in photos and have those photos display in their indiv profile pages within Chezie (they have the choice to remove tag if they want)
