Co-Chair and Pillar Lead Application Workflow

It would be helpful to have a Member be able to click on an initial interest form from an ERG's homepage expressing their interest in being considered for a co-chair or any pillar lead openings. Eventually, it would be great to customize the questions on that form/application but at a minimum having a space to upload the application in a visible way could be helpful.
