Email Notification when New Members Join an ERG

I've received some feedback today from a couple of ERG Leads that it would be helpful to receive an email when a new member joins their ERG, similar to the email notifications sent when an event has been created.

    Yes, there are multiple places we update our membership list when someone new joins and it would be great to be able to be notified so we can update those lists in a timely manner.
