Event Approval via email

Current State: Event review/approval only available on desktop. Email notification once an event has been created only includes requesting ERG Name + event name. Button to review and approve will only redirect on desktop version.

Future State: Email notification includes full event details and can be approved by replying 'Approved' to email notification. This is a suggested workaround until Admin portal is available on mobile site. This allows event admins to be able to approve events that might be time sensitive if they are away from their laptops.
