Event NPS Survey link included in event record (insights tab)

Current state: unique NPS survey link sent via email

Future state: survey link sent via email + included in event record in Chezie (suggestion is within Insights tab to keep survey link + data centralized). This allows for quick access in case the initial email is lost.
