Event Records -- custom audience (new audience segment)

Current State: Event record audience includes All Employees, All Members, In-group only, allies only.

Future State: New customized attendee field where you can select specific ERG members for that event.

Ex: we have an ERG that runs a bookclub were members raise their hand to participate in the book of their choice. They'd like the chance to select specific erg members to tag into that specific book's cal invite (they sometimes have multiple bookclubs at the same time and would like to reduce inbox clutter to 'all erg members' and only send to those who have signed up for that book)

    To add to the scope of this feature request - can we further segment the audience to location? Ex: ERG event for regional employees near one of our international offices (will filter all members of that ERG + location and add to invite)
