Host multiple email aliases within ERG profile + select which one is listed as Reply To

Current State: ERG profile includes single field for ERG email alias. This is the email displayed for new member Welcome emails and includes all ERG members on the distro list.

Future State: ability to host 1+ email aliases and select which email alias is displayed in the Reply to field for mass communications.

Use Case examples: Welcome email to new members comes from ERGLeads@XXXX.com. ERG polling comes from ERGLeads@XXX.com for privacy. General notifications come from ERG@XXXX.com

This came up because a member emailed the general email alias with a question about an upcoming event and it was sent to the full email distro list and we received emails from members asking why they received a question about event logistics.
