Notifications for Vendor Document Uploads and Expense Notes

Enable notifications when leads upload vendor documents or add notes to an expense.

Problem Statement
Currently, when leads upload vendor documents or add notes to an expense, there is no automatic notification to relevant stakeholders. This creates delays, missed updates, and requires manual checking to stay informed.

Proposed Solution
Add a notification trigger that alerts designated users whenever:

  • A vendor document is uploaded, and/or

  • A note is added to an expense
