Permissions for Leads

We'd like the ability to modify permissions for ERG leads to limit their ability to add/modify other ERG leads without visibility or approval by the Admin.

We have initiatives and budget expenditures that are headcount dependent, and with ERG leads having the ability to modify/add other leads is a operational risk. So we'd like to have the ability to lock down this feature would be helpful.
