Re-arrange resources + edit them + add new resources

Feature Request

  1. I would like a way to rearrange the resources so I don't have to delete and re-upload them

  2. I would like a way where we can edit resources incase I want to rename them or change the thumbnail

  3. I would like additional sections for resources:

    1. Organizations to Support

    2. Mental Health & Well-being

    3. Books

    4. Podcast

    5. TV Shows / Movies

    I agree with #1 and #2. For #3 if you add a bunch of new sections it might be nice to have admin settings to show/hide the ones an ERG wants to use.
