Current State: Event Approval requests ping all Admins with this setting enabled

Future State: Add secondary approval step (in case an ERG partner needs to confirm information based on their area of ownership (ex: IDE team > Internal Comms team). Alternatively, if the system were able to identify/estimate approver based on keywords within event copy
