Reporting Enhancements Request: Expanded Data Fields Across Membership, Goals, Events & Budget

This is a request submitted to include additional reporting fields across multiple modules to improve analytics, accuracy of impact measurement, and financial tracking. These updates will support our BRG leads, Finance partners, and Executive sponsors by providing a more complete view of engagement, budgeting, and success metrics. Membership Report Enhancements Requested Additions: Employee ID in the monthly membership export Reasoning: This supports accurate reconciliation with HR data, reduces manual searches, and improves records tracking. Goals Report Enhancements Requested Additions: Goal Status Goals linked to each event Reasoning: This a better report on how events align with defined organizational/BRG goals and provides clearer visibility into progress and outcomes. Event Report Enhancements Requested Additions: Check-In QR Code Usage (Yes/No) Survey Responses Usage (Yes/No) Event NPS Co-host(s) Event Status (including Cancelled) Reasoning: These fields will allow users to analyze event execution patterns, measure impact, track collaboration, and understand engagement beyond attendance numbers. Budget Report Enhancements Requested Additions: Budget Status Budget Remaining Total Budget per BRG Reasoning: These additions will offer ERG and Finance leads clearer financial oversight, enable easier reconciliation, and provide better forecasting and transparency across teams. These enhancements would significantly improve: Strategic reporting & impact storytelling Cross-team financial transparency Accurate reconciliation with HR and accounting systems Event quality measurement (beyond attendance) Goal alignment tracking at both event and program levels The summarized benefit: less manual cleanup, less guesswork, and more actionable insight in every export.

Add Receipt Management Improvements in Budget

When managing budget line items that include multiple receipts, users often need to update or replace a previously uploaded file (for example, when a new version includes tip or service fees). Currently, there’s no way to delete or replace an uploaded receipt, which can cause confusion or data clutter if the wrong file is attached. Feature Suggestions Add “Delete/Replace Receipt” Option Allow users to remove a previously uploaded receipt if it’s incorrect or outdated. Improve Receipt Name Visibility in the UI Receipt names currently truncate after ~10 characters, making it difficult to distinguish between similar items. Suggested improvements: Display full filenames on hover. Allow smaller text to show more characters.
